Morristown TN, Big Stone Gap VA Odell Swecker 69, passed away peacefully on July 5, 2014 at Morristown Hospital. Odell was a loving friend and neighbor he will be missed by all that knew him. He was preceded in death by his parents John and Maggie (Russel) Swecker He is survived by four children; James Swecker of CA, Odell Swecker Jr. of CO, one daughter, Tina Rodriquez of TN, Allen Swecker of TN; nine grandchildren, three brothers Johnny Swecker, Jay Swecker, both of Maryland, Jimmy Ray Swecker of TN , two sisters; Charlotte Swecker, Tinny Toran both of Maryland and several nieces and nephew. The family will receive friends on (Thursday July 10, 2014) at Holding Funeral Home from 12 noon until 1 p.m. (17. East 3rd St. N.) The funeral service will be conducted following the visitation in the funeral home chapel with the Evangelist Buddy Wilson officiating.
