Big Stone Gap, VA Shawn T. Hayden, 45, passed away on Thursday (May 23, 2013) at his home. He loved to fish and play golf, he enjoyed watching his sons play baseball and football. He was preceded in death by a sister, Trustine Hayden; maternal grandparents, George F. J.and Marguerite C. Brown; paternal grandparents, Hurley Jack and Helen Hayden. Surviving are his wife, Leslie Hayden; two sons, Matt and Nicholas Hayden; two daughters, Shelsie and Lindsey Hayden; his father, Hershiel H. Hayden, Sr.; his mother, Mary Katherine Hayden Hamilton; brother, Hershiel Hayden, Jr.; one sister, Carissa and husband Jacob Dunaway; uncles, George F. J. Brown, Jr. and wife Regina, Joseph Brown, Hurley Jack Hayden, Jr. and wife Louann, Brad Hayden and wife Judy; and other very close relatives and friends. Services will be private. Interment will be in Riverview Cemetery in East Stone Gap with the Rev. Bill Hughes officiating.
